Handling Damaged or Defective Items

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt for damaged or incorrect items.

If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receipt of your items with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item as well.

We will reship the item or, if reshipping is not possible (e.g., if items are out of stock), we will provide a full or partial refund. Partial refunds are issued based on the proportion of defective items in your order.

Refunds
