Luna Flatware

This beautiful 20-piece stainless-steel set of knives, forks, and spoons has a sleek, modern style featuring geometric shapes: crescent-bladed knives, forks featuring “trapezoidal gaps,” squared-off spoon bowls, and ultra-thin triangle-shaped handles. The four types of tableware are all that diners need for dinner, dessert, and coffee or tea. The set arrived in superb condition, each piece having been carefully wrapped and tightly packed in a classy, protective box suggestive of the quality of its contents.

Although the utensils are of larger than typical length and the bowls of the spoons have a bit bigger capacity than most others, the items would likely be easy to manipulate for most adults. Children are apt to struggle or be unable to use the items. The knife is a standout piece, its curved, serrated edge cutting easily through meat, pizza, ravioli, and a slice of rye bread.

Their pieces' long, triangle-shaped handles could pose a problem for some dishwashers, depending upon the basket used for flatware. In mine, the handles of the larger forks and spoons protruded through the bottom of the basket, under which the lower spray arm rotates. I solved this challenge simply by placing the larger spoons and forks inside the basket so that their bowls or tines, rather than their handles, faced downward and then inspecting the underside of the basket to ensure that none of the flatware protruded from the bottom of the basket.

Solid pieces that will last, this distinctive, tasteful flatware set will grace any table.

I feel a little bit richer with my gold flatware. I love the quality and the shape of the spoons especially. No issues with washing them or them sitting in dishwater for a while. No discoloration.

Nice modern design and quality highly polished steel give this set a great look. However, I was surprised by how thin they are. I’m not concerned about bending or wear, but I have large hands so these are simply undersized for any practical daily use for me. I have a side by side to a more standard sized set - and my hands - for comparison. Great design, but just wish they were a little more substantial for me.

This set of Rose Gold silver brings me more joy than I expected. Who knew, that a curved knife was what I had missing in my life. But, here we are.. the handles are thin cylindrical and the knives have such a unique curve to them.

Not a huge fan of the packaging, that actually looks very cheap. However, the silverware itself does not look or feel cheap. It's all wrapped individually in plastic sleeves to protect it from scratching each other though, so everything arrived in good shape.

When I saw these I just had to get them. I love unique tableware and I'm a modern gal too so these fit the bill. They have wonderful curves and unique design. The weight and balance are great. Very nice stainless place settings. They went through the dishwasher well and I just love having another set of unique and distinct tableware. Priced reasonbly for the good quality and design.
